ROCHESTER, NY (April 2024) – Lipton Hard Iced Tea is expanding its flavor portfolio with the addition of Lipton Hard Iced Tea Citrus Green Tea. This newest hard flavor is expected to generate momentum at retail since Citrus Green Tea is Lipton’s #1 ready-to-drink non-alc flavor delivering 47% of Lipton RTD sales.*

Available now in 24 oz. cans, Lipton Hard Iced Tea Citrus Green Tea is expected to generate incremental sales at retail.

Current trends track hard tea as #1 in flavored malt beverages sales with expected growth of 11% through 2026.** Independent taste panel research reported 75% of respondents would purchase Lipton Hard Iced Tea Citrus Green Tea based on taste, while 79% considered the taste natural.***

An awareness campaign featuring the new Lipton Hard Iced Tea Citrus Green Tea will drive the launch across major markets and include influencer engagement, organic and paid social and media support. Branded merchandising assets and retail signage are available to support retailers.

Additionally, flagship flavor Lipton Hard Iced Tea Lemon only packs are now available in 12-packs of 12 oz. cans.
