New Interactive Map Program Pairs Outdoor Activities with Local Restaurants

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The Genesee Brewery is launching #GeneSEENY this week, a new program that encourages New Yorkers to get outside and enjoy winter despite the weather – while also supporting local businesses. #GenesSEENY provides an interactive map via https://www.geneseebeer.com/geneseeny to where people can go to find the best cold weather activities across Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse and nearby local restaurants to warm up and grab a beer at afterward.

Fans are encouraged to ski, tube, hike or skate across the state and then support local businesses in their community. Genesee is highlighting locations across Western and Upstate NY for fans to seize the day with a fun winter activity and a Genny beer. Every location on the interactive map is paired with a local bar or restaurant. Anyone (21+) who shares a post across social media with #GeneSEENY may be featured on Genesee’s channels to help shine light on many outdoor activities across New York State. The best photos will be featured on the #GeneSEENY site!

Many #GeneSEENY participating bars and restaurants will have Genesee’s most popular spring beer available for adventurers. Genesee Specialty Bock Beer is available now across Upstate NY. A classic Genesee Specialty, Bock is carefully crafted and lagered through the winter resulting in an exceptionally hearty, full-flavored, German-style beer with a slightly malty finish. Fans can pair it with their favorite local dish and experience their home state the way it was meant to be experienced.
